The supplier of the machinery – the company from Switzerland, will be obliged to find the appropriate manufacturer of the equipment, supervise and manage its delivery and "Turn Key" instalation, test run and staff training, providing all necessary services related to the implementation of the Equipment Purchase Contract and subsequently Buy Back the products produced by this installation to ensure economic balance between these two distinct operations.
