Buy-Back Program
Buy-Back Program is a "Turn – Key" project proposal with the production export guarantee that ensures its successful implementation.
The Swiss Company takes obligations to supply the agricultural product processing installation on "Turn-Key" bases (with staff training & all necessary procedures to start up operation.) and it guarantees purchasing of the manufactured products.
The main parts of the Program are:
Each contract is supported by a Letter of Credit.
The two main contracts are separate and independent; they come into forth after the corresponding Letters of Credit become operative at the same time.
The Program ensures that the investor is able to market the products from the new line from the very beginning of production, i.e. during the most critical stage for the operator entering a new market.
After that stage, the investor will be able to operate autonomously throughout the world market with the established links and brand name.
